How to Identify a Scam
Financial fraud is rife in South Africa. Here is exactly how to know you are dealing with the legitimate 4rona Finances — not an impersonator.
We never charge upfront fees
A legitimate lender does NOT ask for money before you receive your loan. If anyone claiming to be 4rona Finances requests an upfront fee, it is a scam. Report it immediately.
We don't cold-contact strangers
We do not solicit clients via random WhatsApp groups, unsolicited DMs, or spam messages. All legitimate contact comes only after you have initiated an application.
Only one official WhatsApp number
Our single verified WhatsApp number is +27 76 733 4810. Any other number claiming to be us is fraudulent. Save it and always verify before sending documents.
